Ancillary Text Drafts
Digipak
Poster
To create this poster I took small images of flowers to create the shape of on an eye, the main colour of the eye being pink as this is a stereotypical colour of a pop band and the main theme throughout my product. The influence for this poster was Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly's album coverwork for Bad Things:

After printing off the sheet and discussing with peers, Paper Daisy and Thinking of Betty were the most popular. Due to the name of the band being Paper Vibes, Paper Daisy seemed like the best option.
The font used for the rest of the digipak is called Les Mousqeutaires it is a bold text but with curly edges (a bit like Thinking of Betty) making it elegant and following the stereotypical 'girly' image of a girl band.

Codes and Conventions of Ancillary Texts
Codes and Conventions of a cover of a digipak

Digipaks became increasingly popular in the early 2000's due to the popularity of audiences being able to hold the CD in a special packaging. They would also include some extra information, exclusive promos and lyrics with the CD.
- A 4 panel or 6 panel digipak are available the 4 paneled one being the most popular.
- There is a consistent theme of colour, imagery and text throughout the package.
- Outer material of a digipak is cardboard with the plastic tray holding the CD inside and therefore the outer packaging is more likely to wear than the optical disc packaging which is all plastic.
- Front panel displays name of artist/band and title of the album
- International DVD logos appear on the spine and the back panel alongside the record label logo and other corporate organisation
- Track listing is printed on the back panel
- Copyright and regional information is on the edge of the CD/DVD
- Barcode is found on the back panel to allow retail sales
- Copyright, DVD classification and legal information is on the back panel

Audience Feedback of First Edit
When gathering feedback for my first edit here is what I discovered:
Focus Group:
Focus Group:
- There isn't enough lighting
- Re-shooting would be the best idea
- Balloons are shown in the animatic but no sign of them in the video itself.
- Footage changes lighting throughout in the same locations when it should be consistent, too dark
